Giveaway Rules

Open to permanent legal United States residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Rhode Island, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and any other U.S. possession or territory) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry ("Entrant").

Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Painful Pleasures, LLC, Body Art Alliance, Killer Beauty, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible to participate.

The Killer Beauty US Welcome Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins June 5, 2026 and ends June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Promotion Period").

Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

---

During the Promotion Period, Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry for each qualifying order of $100 USD or more (excluding taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, and discounts) placed through Killer Beauty US.

Each qualifying order over $100 receives one (1) entry.\

There is no limit to the number of entries an Entrant may receive during the Promotion Period, provided each entry is associated with a separate qualifying order.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or otherwise deemed ineligible by Sponsor will not qualify for entry.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entries.

Three (3) winners will be selected.

$1,000 Killer Beauty US Store Credit

$500 Killer Beauty US Store Credit each

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes combined: $2,000 USD.

Store credit is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may only be used for purchases made through Killer Beauty US.

No substitution will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Prizes are taxable as income and winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

On or about July 2, 2026, three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified using the email address and/or telephone number associated with the qualifying order.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Killer Beauty, Body Art Alliance, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising agencies, and promotion partners from any liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, redemption, or use of any prize.

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration.

By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

Sponsor and its affiliates shall not be responsible for technical failures, unauthorized intervention, human error, lost entries, incomplete transactions, or any other circumstances that may affect participation in the Giveaway.

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policies and for administration of the Giveaway.
